"The Family Code, implementation and assessment" was the theme of a round table organised Saturday at the headquarters of the urban commune of Tetouan, at the initiative of the Al Qods Association for Social Development and with the participation of lawyers from the Tetouan bar and private law experts.
Participants debated the legal and social aspects relating to the Moudawana, the assessment of its implementation at the level of the province's jurisdictions, as well as the means of raising citizens' awareness of the concepts and judicial procedures relating to this text.
